Rochester Linux Festival 2011 and Natty Narwhal Launch

The 2011 Linux Festival and Natty Narwhal launch event was enjoyed by all who came. A mix of new and experienced users enjoyed a day of Presentations, Lightening Talks and working with Linux. The New York State Ubuntu Local Community co-sponsored this event with FOSS@RIT, RIT LUG, LUGOR (Linux User Group of Rochester) and Interlock. One of the suggestions from attendees was to develop an event made for children 13 and under. This is something I will look in to trying to organize in the upcoming year.
