Rhythmbox: Part Deux

As you all know I am in the process of rebuilding my digital music library by re-ripping all my CDs to flac. What is confusing to me is that when I first ripped The Joshua Tree to .ogg the CD was recognized, but now that I am redoing it to .flac it is not. What happend in that 24 hour period of time? The CD is still recognized by Windows Media Player… so what gives… anyone know?

    Fingerprint on the underside?

I cleaned the disk… so no. To be clear the disk plays and extracts fine… it just does not identify the album.
